News: No Surprise

Today the courts struck down Florida State Senator Steven Geller’s lawsuit against the DNC, that the legal precedent that parties can set their own rules remains intact.

Impact:
The committee can do whatever.
The Bylaws and Rules Committee has almost unlimited powers, subject to possible appeal to the Credentials Committee.
